This microsite was developed in tandem with a printed version to provide actionable information for Lindsay’s learning facilitators and administrators on the implementation of the Instructional Look Fors. Each Look For has a dedicated page that breaks down learner actions and educator Actions, connecting learner outcomes and mindsets with educator actions and resources designed for effective implementation.

Designed for learning facilitators and all instructional staff and leaders, this guide and microsite can be utilized in both self-directed or facilitated manners. Individuals may use this self-directed guide to investigate and try new instructional strategies. Leaders can also use this resource to support staff in coaching experiences, professional learning opportunities, and instructional support conversations. This guide is also downloadable as a printed, PDF guide.
